Summerville Municipal Court is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Payments are not accepted after 4:30 p.m

Summerville Municipal Court's handicapped parking is accessible from the rear entrance of the court on West Richardson Avenue onto Short Central Avenue There is handicapped parking in the parking garage which is free to park in.
