House arrest is determined by a judicial officer. It may be as a condition of release on bond or it can be a sentence versus jail time by a presiding judge.

Yes, you will receive cost information upon applying with the agency.

4. What happens if I do/did not show up on assigned date?

The agency will notify the court you did not comply and terminate you. You will be subject to your bond being revoked (condition of release) or Failure to Comply with a fine of $500 and or 30 days in jail (sentence or condition of release).

5. What if I can't do the house arrest program?

You need to contact Municipal Court at 843-875-2010 for re-sentencing.
