Can I just pay the amount on the warrant and not go to jail?

You will need to go to the Town of Summerville’s Warrant Division and have the warrant served at the Summerville Police Department at:
300 W 2nd N Street
Summerville, SC 29483

Then you can pay the full amount on the warrant or have someone pay the full amount.
