The Town of Summerville’s Unified Development Ordinance was adopted on October 10, 2019. The UDO will be kept up-to-date as amendments are adopted by Town Council and posted to this page. The Town’s UDO consolidates all regulations that govern development in the Town of Summerville into one document that includes tables, charts, and graphics to make it more accessible and user-friendly.
